In this episode, you will hear Jamin and I talk about

  • what alignment means and what living in alignment looks like,

  • conscious uncoupling. Jamin shares his experience of separating from his business partner who he dated romantically at the beginning of their work together.

  • grief and how humans like to suppress it because it is uncomfortable when releasing it creates so much less suffering.

We also talk about the importance of having people in your life that can listen to you with compassion and not trying to problem solve.

Words like “That’s fair enough” or “I understand” are underrated.
