There is a lot to be said about what it mean to be human. In a way we are talking about that every week, you and I on this podcast. Something I have been with recently that makes our human experience so special is the capacity of our hearts.

In this episode I talk about

  • one vital aspect of what it means to be human

  • black and white thinking

  • sadness

  • joy, and

  • what our hearts can hold.

When talking to my friends and my clients I notice that there are often themes that are present for all of us. Lately, I have felt like we as humans, as a collective are moving a lot of grief and sadness together. Can you feel that, too?

As always, I am here for you. If you are curious about 1:1 coaching with me, you can apply here and we can jump on a call to see if we’re a fit!
