First of all, Emma is one of my best friends and she is just an awesome human, human behavior expert, business consultant, and coach.
Emma serves CEOs and executive teams around the world in strategic growth and company culture. She’s an expert in exploring the “why”s of human behavior including decision making, conversations and the overall impacts in the workplace environment to take organizational effectiveness to new heights.
She is a Nuero Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, Certified Master Coach, trauma-informed coach and lover of life long learning. She has served as faculty at Elementum Coaching Institute and has worked with and learned from the industry's best. Her formal education is in Human Development and Family Studies and Psychology.
