life is busy. I’m sure you know the feeling. And there is important issues to solve in the world, so I feel like I can’t stop. But I have to if I want to remain my energy.

Lately, I've been feeling quite exhausted which got me thinking about rest. Somewhere along my path I leaned more into going than into resting and releasing. I realized, I have no idea what rest even is. What does it mean to rest? How do you rest? I started to go on a quest to learn about stress and burnout.
This episode is about:
balancing go energy and flow energy,
understanding the difference between stressors and stress,
slowing down, and
finding meaning in our lives.
Coming home to the body is such a theme for me. I know that the body has all the answers I am looking for. It is about slowing down to the pace of my own body so that I can hear the wisdom that is inside.
